Robin toonde haar talent voor het eerst door covers te uploaden op Soundcloud en YouTube. Begin 2014 sprong ze in het oog van de Belgische radio zender MNM. Ze werd uitgenodigd om enkele nummers live on air te brengen. Daarbij begeleidde de zangeres zichzelf op piano. Na die eerste publieke performance was haar muzikale carrière gelanceerd. Andere Belgische media hadden Robin ook opgemerkt en strikten haar voor enkele live optredens.

 

In slechts enkele jaren tijd veroverde Robin haar verdiende plaats in de muziekwereld. Voor een van haar projecten werkte ze samen met het DJ en producer duo Funktastix voor een serie van commerciële house / dance tracks. Hun eerste single ’Short Time Love’ brachten ze uit in 2015. Naast al haar live gigs nam Robin in 2016 deel aan de televisie zangwedstrijd The Voice Van Vlaanderen op VTM, waar ze het tot in de battles schopte.

 

Een jaar later veranderde Robin van koers en koos ze voor een meer underground house project. Samen met producers Dimster & Tiggeri, speelde ze livesets die de gewone dj sets overstijgen door de uitgebreide waaier aan muzikale elementen. Hun samenwerking bereikte een hoogtepunt met het nummer ‘Will You Do It’.

 

Robin verraste ons in 2019. Ze neemt opnieuw deel aan het televisieprogramma The Voice van Vlaanderen en werd ze professioneel vocal coach. En exact 5 jaar na haar eerste publieke performance zorgt Robin met haar catchy singles voor een nieuwe wind in de pop en dance muziek. Een jaar later later startte ze haar eigen zaak: Studio 84 Antwerp. Ze combineert haar zang coaching met de foto- en videografie van haar vriend Boy Kortekaas en zo ontpopt Studio 84 Antwerp zich tot een gerenommeerde foto, video en zangstudio. 

​

Daarnaast bleef Robin zich ontplooien in haar meest geliefde rol: naast of aan de piano voor akoestische optredens tijdens privéfeesten zoals huwelijken en high end corporate events. Ook met een full band blaast Robin jou omver met een stem om u tegen te zeggen en een sfeer waar nog lang over gesproken zal worden.

Robin first showcased her talent by uploading covers to SoundCloud and YouTube. In early 2014, she caught the attention of Belgian radio station MNM. She was invited to perform several songs live on air, accompanying herself on piano. After that first public performance, her musical career was officially launched. Other Belgian media also noticed Robin and booked her for several live performances.

In just a few years, Robin claimed her well-deserved place in the music industry. For one of her projects, she collaborated with DJ and producer duo Funktastix on a series of commercial house and dance tracks. Their first single, “Short Time Love”, was released in 2015. Alongside her many live gigs, Robin took part in the television singing competition The Voice Van Vlaanderen on VTM in 2016, where she made it through to the battles.

A year later, Robin changed direction and chose a more underground house project. Together with producers Dimster & Tiggeri, she performed live sets that went beyond regular DJ sets thanks to their wide range of musical elements. Their collaboration reached a high point with the track “Will You Do It”.

​

Robin surprised us again in 2019. She took part in The Voice Van Vlaanderen for a second time and became a professional vocal coach. Exactly five years after her first public performance, Robin brought a fresh sound to pop and dance music with her catchy singles. One year later, she founded her own business: Studio 84 Antwerp. She combines her vocal coaching with the photography and videography of her partner Boy Kortekaas, allowing Studio 84 Antwerp to grow into a renowned photo, video and vocal studio.

​

At the same time, Robin continued to develop in the role she loves most: performing beside or at the piano for acoustic performances at private events such as weddings and high-end corporate events. With a full band, Robin will also blow you away with an impressive voice and an atmosphere people will be talking about long after the event.
